[Updated] KA-SAT satellite to be launched next week 21/12/2010
[News updated at 10:26pm] The KA-SAT satellite will be launched sunday 26th at 21:51pm GMT (16:51pm EST / 27th at 03:51am from Baïkonour). The launch will be broadcasted live on video at the ILS Launch website.
[Original news] Eutelsat Communication announced this tuesday evening that KA-SAT, its new high speed Internet satellite, should be launched monday 27th or tuesday 28th from Baïkonour, Kazakhstan. More details will probably follow before the end of the week.
